My partner and i have had 2 pairs of hump optic sun glasses.
Scratch proof they say yet my 2nd pair haven’t been warn much and they have done the same thing as my old pair.
I wouldn’t recommend buying these. If I didn’t need to pay for import duties I will ask for replacement under your guarantee promise, but they’re just not worth it!
They aren’t as robust as they have said they are.

What false adversiting. They looked cute, but of course my son knocked them off a table and stepped on them. He is 4. The hinge on the arm completely bent. I only bought these because advertising showed them getting run over by a car and being fine. What a joke. If they can't hold up to an accident from a 4 year old, they're just typical, easily breakable sunglasses. I could have bought the same things from CVS for 20 or so dollars less.

Took two weeks to receive my order. These are nothing special just another plastic pair of sunglasses. I have to pay to send them back which is unusual compared to all the other glasses companies online.

Pretty disappointed. Bought 8 pairs! There are four people in the household so we bought one each and when they got here we all loved them so much that we decided to jump on an offer that was running at the time and we each bought a second pair. Literally every single one has broken down and we haven't even owned them for 6 months. Frames broke on some, the mirrored lenses scratched off on every single one. When we emailed for replacements and to ask if this was normal we were told that we would still have to pay shipping and handling if we wanted any replacements. Their products are just simply not what they advertise and neither is their customer service.

Awful. The lens bubbled after 6ish months of little to no use. Customer service told me that I had to pay to replace them when it was clearly a defect. Even worse yet, they declined to post my review on their website to keep their skewed ratings high.

To track my order they want me to provide a phone number to install an app. Just to track my order?? Get real. I buy close to a hundred packages a year online and have never seen this. The experience already feels like a sham. I won't be buying from them again.

Low quality, broke very easily in normal use. My old sunglasses are 10 years old and still good. These lasted 5 months, when coating started to crack and fall off.

Nearly unreachable customer service team, responses when received are late and vague. I ordered 5 pairs for self and family - First impressions were that they looked good, family members stated they looked cheap and didn't want to keep them. My sister complained of eyestrain. I returned FOUR pairs of sunnies.... The package was received July 30th, 2020, 8 days later (after emailing to inquire about the delivery) I receive a notification that I was only refunded for ONE pair of glasses. I've already emailed to ask what the hell is going on. Glasses returned as received. Also, when you make a return they won't even tell you how much shipping will cost, I had printed their label... that surprise will come later. I'm so turned off by this experience, I'm questioning why I even kept a pair for myself or trusted this company to begin with.

Poor quality. They do not respond to my messages inquiring about their warranty.

The best glasses company there is for more. I got my second pair of glasses just a couple of days ago because their new collection is just so good and I had to get a pair. They are durable because my first pair is almost 2 years old but in perfect condition. Love them!

Love these sunnies! I purchased a pair and they fit great! Happy with the quality too.

Recently bought my first pair and I'm stoked at how lightweight they are. The fit is also perfect and I will definitely buy again.
